Remarkable Concrete Cleaning In Montevallo, AL
The backyard patio area of this Montevallo, AL home was in need of a concrete cleaning. The homeowner was concerned with the buildup of dirt, grime, algae, and moss being unsafe for his children's lungs and wanted to have it killed and removed the proper way rather than just blasting it away with high pressure. By utilizing our soft wash system to apply a chemical algaecide, we were able to kill the organic growth down to the roots. By doing this the entire organic structure is killed and the growth simply releases from the substrate being cleaned. We then remove the growth using medium pressure that is strong enough to wash away the dead growth without the possibility of damaging the relatively new concrete. New concrete can be damaged by high pressure if it is not old enough to have fully cured.
The customer was extremely happy with the results, and ended up hiring us again a few months later for another project!
