Excellent House Washing In Tuscaloosa, AL
A customer in the well known Crown Pointe neighborhood in Tuscaloosa, AL contracted us to restore her beautiful home back to all it's glory. This project commanded a bit more care than most as a few areas of her home was made from limestone. With limestone the go-to chemical for most house washing cannot be used. For substrates such as this one, a specialty chemical must be used as not to discolor or damage the limestone.
Working on a home as large as this one, all cleaning must be done in sections with extreme awareness as to what was treated first. We got to work on the home with the specialty chemical cleaning all of the limestone areas first. After the specialty chemical had done it's job, those areas were rinsed with plain water using medium-light pressure. We then moved on to the rest of the home killing all of the organic growth such as algae and moss. After those areas had been treated and left to dwell the appropriate amount of time, those areas too were rinsed with plain water using medium pressure.
Although it had not been included in the original estimate, the wood portions of the trolley that went down to her boat house were cleaned as well.
